so of course this afternoon i chemexied up a pot of o's huila from yesterday. this is the huila that caused so much street attention yesterday.
i swear if you want to make friends in nyc, walk through astor place with an iphone and a bag of o's colombia huila.
long-time readers may recall that o believes kona to be the most deliciously fragrant bean; certainly this huila must be second.
o tells me it's from san augustin.
i can tell you that i'm drinking its spicy-floral, basalmic rice and dark vanilla caramel tanginess black. highly recommended.
