"patients who each day ate 6.3 grams of dark chocolate, about as much as a hershey's kiss, reduced their blood pressure after 18 weeks, according to a study."

bingo. more evidence is stacking up on the cardiovascular benefits of eating dark chocolate in moderate amounts.

my main problem with this current study is its very small size. i want to see this one confirmed in a much larger study!
