hello world!

after a very long hiatus — let's not get into more than to say, i got promoted and took up sexy tango — the wonderous oren wrote me today and said, "you know, if you started blogging again, i might send some coffee."

and for the first time in a long, long, long time that suddenly sounded lovely. absolutely lovely.
